Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support workplace health and safety at our Euclid, OH site. You will provide first aid, guide injury care, and coordinate with outside providers as needed.

You will maintain care records, support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and participate in safety training while working flexible shifts. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider; AND must have one of EMT or Paramedic Certification from DoH OR NREMT, OR
• Current Active Athletic Trainer Certification by BOC or State Certification
• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with an industrial wellness program
• Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics
• Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation
• Proficient in digital recordkeeping
• In the last year, six months job experience in the Military as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, Healthcare Specialist, Hospital Corpsman, or Aerospace Medical Service Technician

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary
• Minimize AA risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for AAs with injuries
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports
• Engage with AAs and leadership on the operations floor to coach on at-risk work habits
• Maintain a clean working environment and medical supply inventory
• Participate in training and certification to facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED classes
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, and AED credentials
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist emergency response on site
