Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative for a 3‑month contract at Hamburg, PA. You will provide first aid, guide Associates on injuries, coordinate care referrals, and work with the WHS team to support safety on site.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or military medical experience, and the ability to teach first aid, CPR, and AED; strong MS Office skills, OSHA knowledge, and comfort with safety programs. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma; AND
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider; AND
• Must have one of: EMT/Paramedic certification, Combat Medic/military healthcare roles, or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Preferred: teach first aid, CPR, AED training; proficient in MS Office; experience with industrial wellness programs.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation; proficient in digital record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness, education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs for work‑related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end of shift reports.
• Engage with leadership to coach on observed safety practices.
• Maintain a clean medical environment and inventory of supplies.
• Participate in training to maintain first aid, CPR and AED certifications.
