Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to support Workplace Health & Safety on-site. You will provide first aid, guidance on occupational and non-occupational injuries, and refer care to outside providers as needed.

You will learn OSHA regulations and assist with safety operations and case management reviews. The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic credentials, and a willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma is required.
• Current valid BLS certification by ECC provider is required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DoH or NREMT is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach associates on observed at-risk work habits and safety practices.
• Maintain medical supplies and environment plus credential certifications.
