US Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) for a 3-month contract to support our Client Workplace Health & Safety team.

The role focuses on immediate first aid, occupational health guidance, and coordination with site leadership to foster safe, healthy work environments. You will assist with case management reviews, maintain medical records, and assist with training in first aid, CPR, and AED programs.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required or equivalent Military medical experience.
• Athletic Trainer certification or equivalent considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates (AAs).
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for AAs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Offer coaching on safe work practices and ergonomics on the operations floor.
