Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join our team in Hamburg, PA. You will work closely with site management and specialists to provide resources and best practices in a safe environment, administer first aid, and advocate health and wellness daily.

You will coordinate workers’ compensation, maintain care records, and support training in first aid, CPR, and AED. The role may require varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends, with a focus on safety and compliant

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: BLS; EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience: OSHA regulations and workers' compensation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize employee risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided.
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return to work programs for work-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with employees and leadership on the operations floor to provide coaching on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain a clean working environment and ensure appropriate medical supply inventory is maintained.
• Participate in training to facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED certification classes.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts, which could include days, nights, holidays, and/or weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist with emergency response at the site.
