Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative in Fargo, ND. You will provide first aid, advise AAs on injuries, coordinate referrals, and support safety and wellness initiatives on site.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, with ability to work rotating shifts. You will maintain care records, assist with drug testing, and participate in trainings to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification OR Active Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to external medical providers when needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of all care provided toAmazon Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for injured associates.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach safe work habits.
• Maintain a clean work environment and manage medical supply inventory.
• Participate in training to facilitate first aid, CPR and AED certification.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
