Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to join our team. You will assess and administer first aid, guide Associates on injuries or illnesses, refer to outside providers, and support OSHA compliance.

You will work with the WHS site manager and specialist, greet new hires, attend safety meetings, maintain care records, coordinate workers’ comp, and participate in CPR/AED training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; BLS certification preferred.
• Provide first aid and CPR/AED training as needed.
• Maintain records of care provided to Associates.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as necessary.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain complete records of care and treatment.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Assist with CPR/AED training and certification courses.
• Support on-site safety operations and emergency response.
