Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to provide on-site first aid, medical referrals, and safety coaching for Amazon Associates. The role collaborates with the WHS Site Manager, Specialist, and IPS to maintain readiness and health standards across the site.

Responsibilities include conducting safety education, managing records, supporting workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; must have EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement with associates.
• Maintain medical records and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
