Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at our Fargo site for a 3-month assignment. The role focuses on first aid, injury guidance, case management, and supporting new-hire orientations.

You will collaborate with the WHS site manager, conduct safety coaching, maintain medical records, coordinate return-to-work, and assist with emergency response and drug-testing procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid State EMT or National EMT or Paramedic license.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to external medical providers when necessary.
• Reduce injury risk through associate education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records for all care provided.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Submit daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Conduct coaching on safe work habits during floor interactions.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean workspace.
• Participate in certification training for first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Maintain valid first aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
• Support random saliva drug testing procedures.
• Assist with onsite emergency response.
