Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Health & Safety initiatives at the Shakopee, MN site. You will administer first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with providers while ensuring compliance with OSHA and workers’ comp programs.

The role involves shifts including days/nights/holidays, maintaining medical supplies, and ongoing certification training. Prior BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma is required.
• Current valid BLS certification from an approved provider.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT; OR Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness and engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
