Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain care records and coordinate workers’ comp and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe practices.
• Maintain clean facilities and adequate medical supplies.
• Support CPR/AED training and credential maintenance.
