OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide urgent medical care on construction sites and support safety programs.

You will perform assessments, stabilize patients, document treatments, and coordinate transportation when required. You will also lead safety walks, educate workers in first aid and CPR, monitor wellness initiatives, manage drug-testing programs, and ensure medical supplies are stocked and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current State or National EMT/Paramedic certification.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days.
• Experience in pre-hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites during emergencies.
• Assess and stabilize injured workers and coordinate transport if needed.
• Maintain thorough medical documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Conduct safety walks and implement preventive measures with the team.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, safety, and injury prevention.
• Oversee workplace wellness programs, health screenings, and education.
• Manage onsite drugs-of-abuse program for the client.
• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked and functional.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize medical storage.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with management and regulators.
