Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites, assess and stabilize injuries, and coordinate transport as needed.

The role includes safety walks, worker education on first aid and CPR, and participation in health monitoring programs. The position requires EMT or Paramedic certification, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and a minimum of three years in pre-hospital or clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Current State or National EMT/Paramedic certification is required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.
• Minimum three years in pre-hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care on construction sites.
• Assess, stabilize, and coordinate transport for injured workers.
• Document medical assessments and treatments thoroughly.
• Conduct safety walks and educate workers on first aid and CPR.
• Oversee workplace wellness activities and health monitoring.
• Maintain medical equipment, supplies, and onsite clinic cleanliness.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with management and partners.
