Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to respond to emergencies on construction sites, stabilize workers, and coordinate transport when needed.

The role includes safety walks, injury prevention, and delivering first aid training to workers. You will oversee health assessments, wellness programs, and documentation of all medical incidents, while maintaining clinic readiness and coordinating with management and clients.

Qualifications

• Current State or National EMT/Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• 3+ years in pre-hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (employer provided).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and occupational health standards preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups required.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical response on construction sites and coordinate transport if needed.
• Assess, stabilize, and treat injured workers; document cases thoroughly.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate to implement preventive measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, safety, and injury prevention.
• Oversee workplace health assessments and wellness activities onsite.
• Manage drugs-of-abuse program for the client onsite.
• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are available and maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of onsite clinic and records of incidents and care.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with management and external agencies.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners and integrate with client teams.
