Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites, assess and stabilize workers, and coordinate transportation when needed.

The role includes safety walks, preventive measures, and education on first aid and CPR. You will manage wellness programs, ensure medical equipment readiness, and document all medical incidents for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification - Must obtain within first 30 days of employment (Employer Provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients at all levels required.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites.
• Assess, stabilize, and coordinate transportation for injured workers.
• Maintain documentation of medical assessments, treatments, and interventions.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate to implement preventive measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, and workplace safety.
• Oversee workplace wellness programs, health screenings, and preventive care.
• Manage client's onsite drugs of abuse program.
• Ensure availability and proper function of medical equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Prepare incident reports and regulatory-compliance documentation.
• Integrate with client project team and build relationships with partners.
