You will ensure documentation, coordinate transport when needed, and work closely with project teams to support client safety objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current State or National Certification or Registration as EMT or Paramedic required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must obtain within first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites for accidents and medical emergencies.
• Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers, coordinate transportation to medical facilities when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of medical assessments, treatments, and interventions.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate with project teams to implement preventive measures.
• Provide health education and training on first aid, CPR, and workplace safety.
• Manage workplace wellness program, health screenings, and preventive care on site.
• Maintain and organize medical equipment, supplies, and on-site clinic cleanliness.
• Prepare incident reports and comply with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
