Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. seeks an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites, assess and stabilize injuries, document care, and coordinate transportation when needed.

You will lead injury prevention, safety education, health monitoring, and support a workplace wellness program, while maintaining equipment, supplies, and accurate incident reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification preferred; must obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites during emergencies.
• Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers and coordinate transport to a medical facility when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of medical assessments and treatments.
• Lead injury prevention efforts and safety training for workers.
• Maintain and monitor the onsite clinic and medical equipment and supplies.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with management and external agencies.
