Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT/Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites and support safety programs.

You will assess and stabilize workers, document incidents, and coordinate transport when needed, while maintaining essential medical equipment and supplies. You will also lead health screenings, educate workers on first aid and CPR, and collaborate with the project team to implement preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Current State or National EMT/Paramedic certification is required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (employer provided).
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies.
• Assess, stabilize, and coordinate transport of injured or ill workers as needed.
• Document medical assessments, treatments, and interventions thoroughly.
• Conduct safety walks and collaborate with project team to implement preventive measures.
• Educate workers on first aid, CPR, workplace safety, and injury prevention.
• Oversee workplace wellness programs, health screenings, and preventive care on site.
• Monitor employee health concerns and manage exposure to hazards where applicable.
• Manage client's onsite drugs of abuse program.
• Ensure availability and proper function of medical equipment, supplies, and medications.
