Job summary

Energy Project Solutions in the Phoenix area is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong onsite installation experience to lead field activities for utility-scale solar, BESS, and wind projects. You will oversee pile driving, tracker installation, module placement, inverters, and BESS hardware, and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

You will coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and subcontractors, support QA/QC, manage NCRs, document site decisions, and serve as EPS’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with solar, BESS or wind projects and field construction.
• Travel to project sites across the United States; onsite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite oversight of installation of piles, trackers, modules, inverters, and BESS systems.
• Coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and subcontractors to meet schedules and specs.
• Support QA/QC, NCRs, and turnover documentation throughout the project.
• Maintain project documentation and serve as EPS's onsite representative.
