Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead onsite oversight of LV/MV/HV electrical systems on utility-scale renewable projects. The role covers inverters, BESS installations, QA/QC, and coordination with EPCs and OEMs across sites outside greater Phoenix.

We value hands-on leadership, documentation discipline, and the ability to travel to project sites nationwide. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience are preferred, with OSHA 10 and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred and related construction background.
• Experience with utility-scale renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind) is expected.
• Ability to coordinate LV/MV/HV electrical scopes and energization activities.
• Strong documentation, meetings, and site-change communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite oversight of LV/MV/HV electrical systems, inverters, and BESS installations.
• Coordinate cable pulling, terminations, testing, and energization readiness per specs.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and assist with system energization and start-up activities.
• Interface with OEMs, EPCs, and subcontractors; resolve field issues and track NCRs.
• Maintain project documentation on site conditions, decisions, and progress.
