Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee onsite electrical systems for utility-scale renewable projects, including solar, BESS, and wind. You will coordinate LV/MV/HV installations, ensure QA/QC, and collaborate with OEMs and contractors across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, field experience, and the ability to travel nationwide. Onsite work five days a week at project sites outside the greater Phoenix area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering mandatory.
• Experience as a construction professional with electrical engineering background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
• Able to coordinate multiple trades and manage LV/MV/HV electrical scopes.
• Willing to travel to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite oversight of LV/MV/HV electrical systems, inverters, and BESS on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Oversee cable pulling, terminations, and testing to ensure safety and compliance with specs.
• Ensure electrical QA/QC and energization readiness throughout installation.
• Interface with OEMs and commissioning teams to coordinate requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage NCRs and corrective actions, including root-cause analysis and tracking.
• Maintain documentation for site conditions, inspections, and progress.
