Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Civil Engineer with strong site development experience to support utility-scale renewable projects, including solar, BESS, and wind. You will lead onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, and drainage to ensure work matches plans, specs, and safety standards.

You will coordinate with EPC partners and subcontractors, support inspections and field walks, resolve issues, and maintain clear documentation while acting as EPS's onsite representative

Qualifications

• Strong civil and site development experience for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Leading onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, and drainage to ensure plan/spec compliance and safety.
• Coordinate with EPC partners and subcontractors; support inspections and field walks; maintain clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite oversight of civil construction activities.
• Oversee survey/earthwork to ensure alignment with plans.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with specifications.
