Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with APS accounting and inventory principles.
• Knowledge of EMAN, MLIS, MAXIMO, Power Plant and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse and Supply Chain to meet material demands.
• Monitor material requests and expedite critical materials to meet dates.
• Provide cost management information to assist budgeting.
• Initiate purchase and material requests for tools, material, and equipment.
• Order rental equipment like cranes, lifts, generators, guards, barricades, toilets.
• Research and resolve material discrepancies and journal vouchers.
• Interface with departments/contractors to resolve conflicts cost-effectively.
• Perform administrative duties in support of the work unit.
