Job summary

Worley is seeking an Expeditor I to join our field operations on an active industrial construction site in the United States. You will ensure materials, equipment and supplier deliverables arrive on time, in the right quantity and quality to support safe and efficient project execution.

Working with suppliers, procurement, logistics, construction, and project management, you will monitor performance, track commitments, identify delays, and help implement proactive solutions to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain related field.
• 3+ years of procurement, expediting, materials management, logistics or construction support.
• Experience with industrial construction, EPC or major capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier progress against PO requirements and project schedules.
• Track supplier manufacturing, inspection, testing, and shipping activities for schedule impacts.
• Analyze supplier performance data to measure progress against requirements.
• Maintain supplier status reports, expediting logs and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, construction and project teams to support objectives.
• Communicate delivery status and schedule risks to project stakeholders.
• Identify delays or constraints and escalate appropriately.
• Assist in developing recovery plans to minimize schedule impacts.
• Support supplier communications regarding production schedules and documentation.
• Verify materials and equipment ship per approved schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse/site personnel on inbound deliveries and receipts.
• Support supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement.
