Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist for a field-based assignment on an active industrial site. You will provide commercial leadership and subcontract administration to source, negotiate, manage, and deliver services across the project lifecycle.

You will lead subcontracting strategies, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and collaborate with procurement, construction, legal, and project teams to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of critical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Typically 7+ years of subcontract administration or related work.
• Experience administering and negotiating subcontracts across EPC, energy, or major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle, commercial risk, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontracting activities for construction, specialty, consulting, and field services.
• Develop subcontracting strategies aligned with project objectives and budgets.
• Prepare, negotiate, administer, and manage subcontracts, amendments, and change orders.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, scope, and risk allocation.
• Monitor performance, schedules, safety compliance, and quality obligations.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, engineering, legal, finance, and project teams.
• Support contractor mobilization, claims, change management, and dispute avoidance.
• Review invoices, supporting documents, and payment recommendations.
