Worley is seeking a Manager, Field Project Procurement to lead field-based procurement on an active industrial construction site in the United States. You will coordinate materials, equipment, and services to support project readiness, schedule adherence, cost control, and safe execution.

You will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, logistics, and project leadership to drive procurement outcomes and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with project standards and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, materials management, logistics, or project execution experience.
• Proven procurement specialist with consulting, guidance, and support capabilities.
• Experience supporting industrial construction, EPC, energy, LNG, petrochemical, mining, power, or major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, expediting, and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Lead field procurement activities to meet project requirements, schedules and budgets.
• Manage procurement execution plans aligned with project schedules, budgets, and construction priorities.
• Coordinate procurement with engineering, construction, logistics, materials management, and project leadership.
• Monitor supplier schedules, production progress, and delivery commitments; expedite as needed.
• Ensure engineering drawings, technical docs, and supplier data are received and processed for project execution.
• Review procurement reports, supplier status, schedules, and delivery forecasts.
• Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans to support project objectives.
• Support supplier performance management and issue resolution.
• Maintain visibility into material deliveries and coordinate field deployment.
