Worley is seeking an Expeditor I for a field-based role on an active industrial construction site. You will help ensure materials and equipment arrive on time and to spec to support safe project execution.

Working with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and project teams, you will monitor progress, track delivery commitments, and support proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain-related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, expediting, materials management, logistics or related roles.
• Experience with industrial construction or major capital projects preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and schedules.
• Ability to review schedules, PO's, and project documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Monitor supplier progress against PO requirements and project schedules.
• Track manufacturing, fabrication, inspection, testing, and shipping activities to identify schedule impacts.
• Analyze supplier performance data and report progress against requirements.
• Maintain supplier status reports, expediting logs, forecasts, and project tracking systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, construction, quality, warehouse and project teams.
• Communicate delivery status and risks to project stakeholders.
• Identify delays or shortages and escalate appropriately.
• Assist with recovery plans to minimize schedule impacts.
