Qualifications

• 10+ years of expediting, procurement, or EPC project delivery.
• Experience leading expediting on large EPC projects in energy, chemicals, resources, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of supplier management, scheduling, logistics, and delivery planning.
• Proficient with MS Office and enterprise reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead expediting activities for major projects from initiation to completion.
• Mentor and lead a team of expeditors, ensuring best practices.
• Develop expediting strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance against commitments and milestones.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Report progress and risks to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong supplier relationships to improve on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, logistics, and project controls.
