Job summary

Worley is seeking a Manager, Field Project Procurement to lead on-site procurement activities for active industrial construction sites. You will bridge suppliers, procurement teams, engineering, construction, logistics, and project leadership to ensure materials and services arrive on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include expediting supplier deliverables, monitoring manufacturing schedules, and driving risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant procurement, supply chain, logistics, or project execution experience.
• Experience supporting industrial construction, EPC, energy or major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field procurement activities to meet project requirements.
• Manage procurement execution plans aligning with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, logistics, and project leadership.
• Monitor supplier progress, delivery commitments, and expediting needs.
• Ensure engineering drawings and procurement deliverables are processed for project execution.
• Prepare procurement reports and risk assessments for leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and review work for quality and accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement in procurement execution and supplier performance.
