Job summary

Worley is seeking an Expeditor II to monitor supplier performance, manage expediting activities, and help keep EPC projects on schedule. You will collaborate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely deliveries and transparency for project milestones.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in a related field and 5+ years in expediting or procurement, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project controls.
• Experience on EPC projects in energy, chemicals, or infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supplier management and delivery scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier progress against PO requirements focusing on delivery schedules and milestones.
• Provide regular updates on supplier performance to project teams.
• Identify potential delays and risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Administer expediting activities from planning through closeout.
• Gather and analyze supplier performance data to track progress.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, logistics, construction and project management.
