Responsibilities

• Support bidding and sourcing activities as needed.
• Assist with supplier communications and issue resolution.
• Maintain procurement records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Create and process purchase requisitions and receipts within an ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support reporting and general supply chain administrative activities as assigned.
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries regarding procurement activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, project teams, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor purchase order status and delivery schedules to help ensure business needs are met.
• Support procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, and purchasing administration.
