Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting and strategic planning.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Ability to read manuals and technical instructions.
• Understanding of procurement and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with stakeholders to ensure effective operations and customer service.
• Assist project team with on-site procurement and productivity improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Establish priorities across multiple operations.
• Serve as on-site procurement point of contact to ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist with material requests, sourcing, orders and tracking.
• Track purchase orders for timely delivery and resolve delays or quality issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and inventory teams to prevent stockouts/overstocking.
• Coordinate with off-site teams to meet material requirements.
• Drive systems and procedures for productivity and safety in line with company rules.
• Plan on-site requirements through meetings, available systems, and collaboration with trades and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous procurement process improvements.
• Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for leadership.
