Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking a Materials Control Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely purchasing, receipt, tracking, and documentation of materials for ongoing business and projects.

The role emphasizes ERP experience (Oracle preferred), Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills within industrial environments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, engineering environments preferred.
  • Approximately 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, materials management, inventory control, or related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supplier communications and issue resolution.
  • Support bidding activities and procurement processes as needed.
  • Maintain procurement records, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Create and process purchase requisitions and receipts using an ERP system.
  • Perform additional supply chain and materials administration duties as assigned.
  • Monitor material orders and delivery schedules to ensure business needs are met.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, project teams, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support procure-to-pay activities, including purchasing administration and invoice resolution.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Materials Control Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely purchasing, receipt, tracking, and documentation of materials needed to support ongoing business and project requirements.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, materials coordination, or inventory management within industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, utility, or similar environments.

Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance

Contract Duration: 8 months | W2

Please Note: Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of 15-45 minutes

Responsibilities:
