Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process material and service requests from site personnel.
• Obtain vendor quotations and compare prices for parts and services.
• Place orders with approved vendors and track open orders and delivery dates.
• Maintain onsite inventory, records, and labeling of materials.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with vendors and site staff.
