Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Blytheville, AR facility. This full-time, onsite role focuses on developing and monitoring training programs that drive operational excellence and workforce versatility.

You will work with management, supervisors and floor leads to identify training needs, deliver effective training, and track progress to ensure employees gain the knowledge and skills to succeed in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training, learning and development experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage the full training lifecycle (needs assessment to evaluation).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs to support employee development and operational goals.
• Consult with management to assess training needs and skill gaps.
• Collaborate with floor leads to support evaluation and appraisal of production staff.
• Update training materials and curriculum as needed.
• Coordinate documentation, tracking, and reporting for training participation and progress.
