Job summary

Zekelman Industries in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a frontline maintenance team, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency of plant equipment. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to minimize downtime, troubleshoot complex systems, and enforce OSHA standards while building a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to prioritize and improve maintenance processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians for safe, efficient operations
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of plant equipment
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Coordinate emergency repairs and downtime mitigation
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies while promoting a strong safety culture
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment histories
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
• Plan maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions
