ZT Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Training Program Manager to oversee daily processes for the Manufacturing Training Team, guiding task planning and summarizing daily results for leadership. The role works with cross-functional teams across Rack Build, Server Build, Warehouse & Safety, and Manufacturing Test to meet training expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 0-2+ years of related training experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Ability to lead, guide, and ensure continuous program improvement.
• Ability to work across manufacturing, engineering and other teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and maintain daily processes for the Manufacturing Training Team.
• Provide daily task planning guidance and summarize results for leadership.
• Ensure training and certification standards are uniformly applied.
• Complete onboarding, hands-on and classroom training, and retraining.
• Lead certification/recertification sessions and track requests.
• Create reports on certification progress and drive improvements.
