Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an on-site Training Coordinator to support manufacturing leadership by delivering and maintaining training programs for production personnel.

The role partners with Manufacturing Leads to ensure compliance, quality, and production objectives are met. You will manage new hire and materials training, maintain records, and collaborate with Quality to reinforce quality practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering training in manufacturing.
• Maintaining training records and ensuring certifications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with quality and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers new hire training and training related to new materials, processes, and document revisions.
• Generates training requirement reports and coordinates activities to meet completion metrics and compliance targets.
• Maintains employee training records to reflect certifications and skill matrices.
• Partners with Quality to communicate quality alerts and reinforce awareness across manufacturing.
• Maintains training systems and records reflecting personnel changes (transfers, leaves, separations).
• Supports development and implementation of training effectiveness measures.
