Job summary

ZT Systems in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Training Program Manager to oversee daily processes for the Training Team, guide task planning, and summarize daily results for manufacturing leadership.

You will work with cross-functional teams in Rack Build, Server Build, Warehouse & Safety, or Manufacturing Test to ensure training and certification standards are consistently applied, including onboarding, hands-on and classroom training, and post-training follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2+ years of related training experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Ability to lead and improve training programs for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide training program oversight and daily task planning for the Training Team.
• Coordinate certification and recertification sessions with leadership.
• Deliver onboarding, hands-on, classroom training, and post-training follow-ups.
• Generate certification and training reports for manufacturing leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of training processes and quality.
