Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience coordinating or owning a training program or skills tracking process preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain plant training programs for hourly employees with plans, documentation, completion tracking, and follow-up.
• Facilitate or coordinate training sessions on operations, quality, maintenance, onboarding and related topics.
• Create training materials such as training plans, manuals, presentations and videos.
• Lead change management for adoption of new training standards and practices.
• Own and maintain training documentation standards and recordkeeping requirements.
• Assist in developing Train-The-Trainer programs and certifications.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify trainers and develop them.
• Develop onboarding plans with objectives and milestones to ensure timely completion.
