Zekelman Industries is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Blytheville, AR and Birmingham, AL manufacturing operations. You will develop, implement, and evaluate employee training programs driving operational excellence and workforce development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in training, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with floor leads and leadership to deliver effective programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training, learning and development experience.
• Experience managing the full training lifecycle (needs assessments, planning, delivery, evaluation).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for production and operations staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and development opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Manage training records, documentation, and reporting for compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and cross-functional training initiatives.
