Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs that support employee development and operational goals.
  • Consult with management and department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with floor leads and supervisors to support evaluation and appraisal processes for production team members.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and update training materials and curriculum as needed.
  • Manage documentation, tracking, and reporting for employee participation and progress within the Department Mastery Program (DMP).
  • Coordinate cross-functional training initiatives that promote workforce versatility and development.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding training.
  • Deliver training through classroom instruction, demonstrations, on-the-job training, workshops, meetings, and other learning methods.
  • Provide performance feedback and training progress updates to facility management.
  • Facilitate continuing education programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with supervisors, managers, and production teams.
  • Provide logistical support for training programs, including scheduling and evaluation.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic training plans.
  • Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
