You will partner with facility leadership and production teams to deliver effective training and ensure resource availability for workforce development.

Responsibilities include new hire orientation, material creation, and training delivery across classroom and on-the-job formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training, learning and development, or workforce development.
• Experience managing full training lifecycle: needs assessment to evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor facility training programs.
• Assess workforce training needs and identify development opportunities.
• Collaborate with floor leads on evaluations, skill assessments, and development planning.
• Maintain training materials, records, and compliance reporting.
• Lead onboarding, create training materials, and deliver multiple training methods.
