Job summary

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support our Architectural Glass segment. The role will oversee full lifecycle recruiting for production hourly positions based in Owatonna, MN, onsite, with occasional flex support for other sites.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to craft sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or associate degree in HR/Business or 2+ years of manufacturing recruiting, strong ATS skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Workday, LinkedIn) is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for production hourly roles at Owatonna, MN and Manchester, NH sites.
• Source, screen, and select candidates; manage offers and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
