Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for capital and engineering projects at a large-scale manufacturing facility.

This onsite role oversees projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning, startup, and final documentation, collaborating with internal departments, engineering partners, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years leading and executing engineering or capital projects.
• Willingness to travel up to ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital investment proposals, scopes, estimates, execution plans, and supporting documentation.
• Lead projects through design, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
• Track project costs, reporting, and performance against objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure technical support, construction management resources, and project systems are in place.
