Job summary

PTS Advance in Greater Tulsa, OK is seeking a Sr. Engineering Project Manager to lead capital projects from engineering through construction.

This site-based role offers full ownership of scope, schedule, and budget, with hands-on oversight of both engineering and construction activities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial capital projects, a related degree, and proven EPC contractor management, cost controls, and scheduling expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial capital project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Experience leading large-scale industrial capital projects (> $50M).
• Strong engineering phase management and construction oversight.
• Proficient in cost controls, scheduling, and project controls.
• Experience with EPC contracts and equipment procurement.
• Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA codes.
• Proficient with scheduling software and ERP; travel capable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from FEED through construction and commissioning.
• Develop and report on project control plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage vendors and external contractors through FEED and EPC phases.
• Guide projects through phase-gate processes and deliverables.
• Lead project reviews and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee cost and schedule estimating, tracking, and controls.
• Manage contracts, contracting strategies, and equipment procurement.
