Job summary

Search Leaders, LLC represents an established industrial equipment and engineering solutions provider in Utah seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex capital projects from award through delivery. Typical projects range from tens to hundreds of millions of dollars with 1–3 year timelines.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating procurement, and serving as the primary customer contact while ensuring compliance with engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on project management in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or engineered equipment environments.
• Strong understanding of the complete engineering lifecycle (Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed engineering, design, fabrication).
• Technical background in cryogenic systems, rotating equipment, heat transfer, gas processing, or similar equipment.
• Proven experience managing large capital projects with budgets, schedules, procurement, fabrication, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, to closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams to meet specs, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, scheduling, change management, and reporting.
• Oversee procurement activities and vendor selection.
• Serve as primary customer contact, managing contractual requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, controls, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
