Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital projects in a live manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate planning, design, and construction activities while liaising with plant operations, engineering, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) preferred.
5–10+ years in capital programs and construction project management.
Experience in Food & Beverage industry or related production environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of capital projects in an active production environment.
Coordinate planning, design, and supervision of construction activities.
Serve as liaison between plant operations, engineering, contractors, and stakeholders.
Promote safety culture and ensure site safety compliance and safe work practices.
Manage cost, schedule, quality, procurement, and project close-out.
