Qualifications

• BS in engineering, manufacturing, business or related field.
• 5+ years direct operations/manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leadership and management experience.
• Financial acumen including budgets, overtime, incentives and benefits.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and processes.
• Vendor management, compliance and audit experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments and levels.
• Proficient with JDE, SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily management and leadership of all resources.
• Oversee scheduling, productivity, personnel development, time/attendance, training and departmental goals.
• Create cross-training matrix and mentor staff.
• Deploy teams for cross-functional problem solving to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost performance objectives.
• Develop recovery plans when misses occur and optimize production schedules.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement and tooling; plan delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain safe working conditions and OSHA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean cost-saving initiatives.
