Job summary

Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC is seeking an onsite SPX CIX Engineer in Hopkinsville, KY to drive discrete manufacturing improvements and Lean transformation across multiple sites. You will lead shop-floor initiatives, coach operations teams, and develop work plans with KPIs to monitor progress.

This role requires collaboration with IT, Operations and leadership to sustain improvements. You’ll deliver Kaizen events, optimize material flow and equipment efficiency, and codify new approaches for

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 2+ years of continuous improvement experience.
• Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple functions.
• Operational consulting experience desirable.
• Strong communication, urgency, accountability and business-metrics sense.

Responsibilities

• Drive site transformation and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Lead operational workstreams with charters, plans, and KPI measurement.
• Review data and implement actions to close gaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve flow, layout, OEE, productivity and quality.
• Lead Kaizen events and Gemba-based problem solving.
• Prepare cost justifications for capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to meet launch deadlines.
• Coach shop floor personnel in new ways of working.
